ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Brad Beaman
About Me
Greetings, everyone! I'm Brad Beaman, and I'm honored to share a
bit about my life's journey with you. My story is one of service, commitment, and a deep love for this incredible community we
call home.
A Law Enforcement Odyssey:
My journey in law enforcement started back in 1988 during my
time at Arizona State University. A friend in the Mesa Arizona
Police Department opened the door to a world of service, leading
me to become a volunteer reserve officer. Two years of
volunteering solidified my passion for this work, and soon, I found
myself in a full-time position with the Scottsdale Arizona Police Department. From patrol to investigations, each role shaped me,
but it was the time spent as a Sergeant that left an indelible mark.
Serving the north district, supervising patrol squads, and
eventually working on CALEA Accreditation—that period was
about building bridges between the community and law
enforcement.
Venturing into Real Estate:
After a fulfilling career in law enforcement, I embraced a new
adventure in real estate. Corporate real estate and asset
management became my realm, teaching me the intricacies of
finance, budgeting, and negotiations. It was a different path, but
every bit as enriching as my time in law enforcement.
Community Roots Run Deep:
My family came to Valley County in the 1930's and that I am
blessed to have family connection here still today. Also, for the
past six years, I've been deeply embedded in our community's
fabric. Volunteering with local youth, contributing to food bank,
and serving on the Church Board in McCall, ID—these experiences
have fueled my belief in the power of community service.
